PANORAMICA — Pompe centrifughe verticali ILG

La pompa centrifuga verticale monostadio della serie ILG è un prodotto ad alta efficienza e a basso consumo energetico. Sostituisce le pompe tradizionali come i modelli SG, IS e D, offrendo portate da 1,5 a 1600 m³/h e prevalenze da 5 a 150 m. La serie comprende vari modelli, con materiali e configurazioni adattabili alle diverse applicazioni. Si estende alle pompe IRG, IHG e YG, rendendola versatile per molteplici impieghi.

APPLICAZIONE — Pompe centrifughe verticali ILG

Le pompe centrifughe verticali monostadio della serie ILG hanno una vasta gamma di applicazioni e sono ampiamente utilizzate nei seguenti settori:

– Approvvigionamento idrico e drenaggio industriale e urbano
– Approvvigionamento idrico per grattacieli, aumento della pressione
– Irrigazione dei giardini
– Aumento della pressione per la lotta antincendio
– Trasporto dell’acqua su lunghe distanze
– Circolazione per riscaldamento e climatizzazione

VANTAGGI

Le pompe centrifughe verticali monostadio ILG offrono i seguenti vantaggi

Struttura compatta: dimensioni ridotte, design accattivante e ingombro minimo.
Installazione semplice: i diametri di ingresso e uscita sono uguali e allineati sulla stessa linea centrale, quindi non serve cambiare la direzione della tubazione né riprogettarla.
Lunga durata: la pompa funziona in modo fluido, con un basso livello di rumorosità e un’elevata concentricità dei componenti.
Eccellente tenuta: la tenuta dell’albero utilizza materiali resistenti all’usura, come leghe dure e carburo di silicio, per garantire una tenuta meccanica affidabile e senza perdite.
Manutenzione semplice: la manutenzione e le riparazioni possono essere effettuate senza smontare la tubazione: basta svitare i dadi del coperchio della pompa ed estrarre il motore e i componenti della trasmissione.
Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo: la struttura ad accoppiamento diretto ha un costo relativamente basso.
Alta efficienza e risparmio energetico: dotata di un motore ad alta efficienza, la pompa funziona in modo più efficiente e consente di risparmiare energia.

APPLICAZIONE

1. Pompe centrifughe verticali monostadio ILG: progettate per il trasporto di acqua pulita e altri liquidi con proprietà fisiche e chimiche simili. Sono adatte per l’approvvigionamento idrico e il drenaggio industriale e urbano, l’aumento di pressione in edifici alti, l’irrigazione dei giardini, l’aumento di pressione per la lotta antincendio, il trasporto dell’acqua su lunghe distanze, la circolazione negli impianti di riscaldamento, ventilazione e condizionamento (HVAC), la circolazione dell’acqua calda e l’aumento di pressione nei bagni, nonché per il supporto alle apparecchiature. Temperatura di esercizio: T < 80 °C.

2. Pompa di circolazione verticale per acqua calda (alta temperatura) IRG: ampiamente utilizzata negli impianti di caldaie dei settori energetico, metallurgico, chimico, tessile, cartario e alberghiero per l’aumento della pressione e la circolazione dell’acqua calda ad alta temperatura, nonché negli impianti di teleriscaldamento. Il modello ILR è adatto per l’uso a temperature T < 120 °C.

3. Pompa chimica a tubazione verticale ILH: Realizzata interamente in acciaio inossidabile 304 (o 316, 316L) per il trasporto di liquidi corrosivi (acidi forti, basi forti) privi di particelle solide e con una viscosità simile a quella dell’acqua. È adatta a settori quali petrolifero, chimico, metallurgico, energetico, cartario, alimentare, farmaceutico e delle fibre sintetiche. Temperatura di esercizio: da -20 °C a 120 °C.

4. Pompa per olio a tubazione verticale ILY: dotata di un motore antideflagrante con classificazioni antideflagranti per gas quali ExdIIBT4 ed ExdIICT4. Viene utilizzata principalmente per il trasporto di prodotti petroliferi quali benzina, cherosene e gasolio. Il fluido trasportato può avere temperature comprese tra -20 °C e +120 °C.
