ÜBERBLICK – Vertikale Zentrifugalpumpen der Baureihe ILG
Die vertikale einstufige Kreiselpumpe der ILG-Baureihe ist ein hocheffizientes, energiesparendes Produkt. Sie ersetzt herkömmliche Pumpen wie die Typen SG, IS und D und bietet Fördermengen von 1,5 bis 1.600 m³/h sowie Förderhöhen von 5 bis 150 m. Die Baureihe umfasst verschiedene Modelle, deren Werkstoffe und Ausführungen an unterschiedliche Anwendungsbereiche angepasst werden können. Sie erstreckt sich auf die Pumpen der Baureihen IRG, IHG und YG und ist somit vielseitig für zahlreiche Einsatzzwecke einsetzbar.
ANWENDUNG – Vertikale Kreiselpumpen von ILG
Die vertikalen einstufigen Kreiselpumpen der Baureihe ILG bieten ein breites Anwendungsspektrum und finden in den folgenden Bereichen breite Verwendung:

Kompakte Bauweise: Geringe Abmessungen, ansprechendes Design und geringer Platzbedarf bei der Installation.
Einfache Installation: Die Einlass- und Auslassdurchmesser sind identisch und liegen auf derselben Mittellinie, sodass weder eine Änderung der Rohrleitungsrichtung noch eine Neugestaltung der Rohrleitung erforderlich ist.
Lange Lebensdauer: Die Pumpe läuft ruhig, geräuscharm und zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Konzentrizität der Bauteile aus.
Hervorragende Dichtwirkung: Die Wellendichtung besteht aus verschleißfesten Werkstoffen wie Hartlegierung und Siliziumkarbid und gewährleistet so eine zuverlässige, leckagefreie mechanische Abdichtung.
Einfache Wartung: Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten können ohne Demontage der Rohrleitung durchgeführt werden – entfernen Sie einfach die Muttern der Pumpenabdeckung und nehmen Sie den Motor sowie die Getriebekomponenten heraus.
Wirtschaftlichkeit: Die direkt gekoppelte Bauweise ist mit relativ geringen Kosten verbunden.
Hoher Wirkungsgrad und Energieeinsparung: Dank ihres hocheffizienten Motors arbeitet die Pumpe effizienter und spart Energie.
ANWENDUNG
1. Vertikale einstufige ILG-Kreiselpumpen: Konzipiert für die Förderung von klarem Wasser und anderen Flüssigkeiten mit ähnlichen physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften. Sie eignen sich für die industrielle und kommunale Wasserversorgung und -entsorgung, zur Druckerhöhung in Hochhäusern, zur Gartenbewässerung, zur Druckerhöhung in der Brandbekämpfung, zur Fernwasserversorgung, zur Zirkulation in HLK-Anlagen, zur Warmwasserzirkulation und Druckerhöhung in Badezimmern sowie zur Versorgung von Anlagen. Betriebstemperatur: T < 80 °C.
2. Vertikale Heißwasser-Umwälzpumpe (Hochtemperatur) vom Typ IRG: Weit verbreitet in Kesselanlagen der Energie-, Metallurgie-, Chemie-, Textil- und Papierindustrie sowie in der Hotellerie zur Druckerhöhung und Umwälzung von Hochtemperatur-Heißwasser sowie in städtischen Fernwärmesystemen. Das Modell ILR ist für den Einsatz bei Temperaturen T < 120 °C geeignet.
3. ILH-Vertikal-Rohrleitungs-Chemiepumpe: Hergestellt aus einteiligem Edelstahl 304 (oder 316, 316L) zum Fördern korrosiver Flüssigkeiten (starke Säuren, starke Laugen), die frei von Feststoffpartikeln sind und eine Viskosität ähnlich der von Wasser aufweisen. Sie eignet sich für Branchen wie die Erdölindustrie, die chemische Industrie, die Metallurgie, die Energiewirtschaft, die Papierindustrie, die Lebensmittelindustrie, die Pharmaindustrie und die Kunstfaserindustrie. Betriebstemperatur: -20 °C bis 120 °C.
4. Vertikale Rohrleitungsölpumpe von ILY: Ausgestattet mit einem explosionsgeschützten Motor mit Schutzklassen für Gasexplosionen wie ExdIIBT4 und ExdIICT4. Sie wird hauptsächlich zum Fördern von Erdölprodukten wie Benzin, Kerosin und Diesel eingesetzt. Das Fördermedium kann Temperaturen im Bereich von -20 °C bis +120 °C aufweisen.
