The TRD Series Bottom-Entry Batch High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is engineered specifically for intense dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, and dissolution at the bottom of industrial reaction vessels and mixing tanks. Installed directly at the bottom of the vessel, it effectively solves common processing challenges such as bottom sediment buildup, powder agglomeration, and mixing dead zones inherent in traditional mixing methods.

Driven by a high-precision rotor-stator system operating at high rotational speeds (up to 2,900 rpm), the machine creates intense hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, and liquid layer friction. This rapidly reduces particle sizes and achieves uniform dispersion, significantly enhancing product quality and processing efficiency.

1. The flow listed in the table refers to the data measured when the medium is water, and the exit pressure of 0.2MPa of the model listed in the table.
2. In conditions of high temperature, high pressure, flammability, explosion, and erosion, relevant parameters must be provided clearly for selecting customization precisely.
3. For a poor liquid medium, a pump that has a matching flow is suggested to feed at the inlet, input pressure <0.2Mpa.
