Panoramica – Pompa verticale monostadio per condotte ILH

Le pompe centrifughe in acciaio inossidabile anticorrosione IHG sono progettate per essere altamente efficienti e affidabili . Sono adatte alla movimentazione di una varietà di fluidi, in particolare in applicazioni chimiche e industriali.

Vantaggi

  • Struttura integrata: design compatto con pompa e motore integrati in un unico blocco, che garantisce un aspetto esteticamente gradevole e occupa pochissimo spazio.
  • Lunga durata: funzionamento fluido con bassi livelli di rumorosità ed elevata concentricità dei componenti, che contribuiscono a prolungarne la durata.
  • Funzionamento stabile: la struttura orizzontale con telaio condiviso garantisce una maggiore stabilità nelle applicazioni ad alta potenza rispetto alle configurazioni verticali.
  • Eccellente tenuta: la guarnizione dell’albero è realizzata con materiali resistenti come la lega dura e il carburo di silicio, garantendo una tenuta affidabile senza perdite.
  • Manutenzione semplice: la manutenzione è comoda perché non c’è bisogno di smontare la tubazione. Basta togliere i dadi del coperchio della pompa e potrai ispezionare e riparare facilmente il motore e i componenti della trasmissione.
  • Ottimo rapporto costo-efficacia: la struttura a trasmissione diretta offre un’elevata efficienza di trasmissione e un costo relativamente basso.
  • Alta efficienza e risparmio energetico: dotata di un motore ad alta efficienza, la pompa funziona in modo più efficiente, consentendo un risparmio energetico.
