Overview – High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier Pump
The TRL-I Series Inline High Shear Homogenizer Emulsifying Pump is a high-efficiency continuous production unit integrating mixing, dispersing, crushing, dissolving, and emulsifying capabilities. Featuring a single-stage dual-directional or multi-layer rotor-stator assembly, it achieves rapid, uniform, and fine dispersion of immiscible liquid-liquid and solid-liquid phases. It significantly enhances product stability, texture, and smoothness, making it an essential solution for modern continuous industrial processing.

Key Features & Technical Advantages
-
Ultra-High Shear Efficiency: Engineered with a high-precision rotor-stator system running at speeds up to 2,900 RPM+. The extreme linear velocity generates immense hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed impact, and intense turbulence for thorough particle size reduction.
-
Continuous In-Line Processing: Directly installed into existing pipelines for single-pass or recirculated inline processing. It eliminates batch-to-batch variations, ensures zero dead zones, and dramatically improves throughput.
-
Sanitary Design & Quality Construction: Wetted parts are crafted from high-grade Stainless Steel 304 or 316L with mirror-polished surface finish. Fully compliant with GMP / FDA standards, supporting online cleaning (CIP) and sterilization (SIP).
-
Flexible & Reliable Mechanical Seals: Tailored seal configurations—including single end-face, double mechanical seals, or water-cooled circulation systems—to accommodate flammable, explosive, high-viscosity, or highly corrosive media with zero-leakage operation.
-
Energy Saving & Uniform Dispersion: Reduces processing times by 60%–80% compared to traditional batch agitators while yielding a significantly narrower particle size distribution and lower energy consumption.

Working Principle

Driven by an electric motor at high speeds, materials are drawn axially into the working chamber. Within the extremely narrow gap between the precision rotor and stator, materials undergo hundreds of thousands of intense shearing, hydraulic friction, centrifugal crushing, and high-frequency impact cycles per minute. Micro-particles are rapidly reduced down to 0.2–2 microns, then continuously discharged from the outlet under high pressure to achieve homogenous emulsification.

Technical Parameters

Note:
- the flow in the table refers to the data tested, taking water as the medium. outlet pressure of the listed type≤0.2Mpa.
- If the circulated procedure is adopted, an intermittent high shear emulsifier is recommended. If there is a high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, or corrosive condition, correct data should be provided by customers in order to customize the right product type.
- For mediums that flow slowly, pumps of matched flow rate should be equipped in the inlet.
- The data in the table is subject to change without notice. See the actual products for the right data.
